ANZ Hot Shots

The Hot Shots program is the perfect way for children to get into tennis. The program is run using modified equipment such as smaller nets and courts, lighter racquets, and low compression balls. Racquet Club offers all four stages of the program starting in the blue stage (ages 3-5), red stage (ages 6-8), orange stage (ages 8-10), and green stage (ages 9-12). These lessons offer a fun and engaging environment focusing on developing both specific tennis skills as well as fundamental motor skills, coordination, and teamwork.

Group Lessons

There is a range of group options available for beginner and intermediate players. These groups focus on improving their technical and tactical skills and incorporating game situations, while also starting to incorporate fitness and mental skills.

Squad Sessions

Squad sessions are longer sessions aimed to continue from group coaching. The goal is to continue improving technical skills while also having a greater focus on tactical awareness and decisions, singles and doubles specific strategies, fitness, movement, and mental skills to help the players become more well-rounded athletes. Video analysis is often used to give the player a greater understanding of technical components of a given stroke.

Private Lessons

Private lessons are a great way to build a strong technical base and optimise development. There are options available for 30-minute, 45-minute and 60-minute sessions.
These lessons focus on the specific needs of the individual, focusing on all facets of the game including technical, tactical, fitness, and mental skills to improve their game. Video analysis of certain strokes is often used throughout the lessons to give the player a greater understanding of the technical elements.
Private Lessons are suited to players of all standards. There is also the option of semi-private lessons, which can be especially beneficial when the two players are at a similar standard.
