Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis caters to all standards of fitness and tennis level, there is no previous tennis experience required with activities to be catered accordingly. The program is about having a good fitness workout in an enjoyable, social environment with friends. Sessions range between 45-60 minutes in duration.
