Monday to Friday both weeks
10am Red Ball 30 min
10.30am Orange Ball 45 min
11.15am Green Ball 45 mins
12 noon Yellow Ball 45 mins
Monday and Thursday evening
Yellow Ball Teen Cardio 5 - 5.45pm
Adult Cardio 6pm and 7pm

RED BALL for ages 5+
Time: 10:00am to 10:30am

ORANGE BALL for ages 7+
Time: 10:30am-11:15am
Cost: $16
GREEN BALL for ages 9-12:
Time: 11:15am - 12:00noon
Cost: $16
YELLOW BALL for ages 12+:
Time: 12:00noon - 12:45pm
Cost: $16
TEEN CARDIO Mon & Thu for 45 min , starting at 5pm
Cost: $16

MEMBERSHIP
