All Sessions this week (6-9 Jan) are CARDIO only
Mon/Tue/Thur
4.15pm - Kids cardio - orange ball (ages 7-9)
5.00pm - Kids cardio - green ball (ages 9-12)
5.45pm - Teen cardio (12+)
6.30 pm - Adult cardio
Weeks 2 & 3
13-17th and 20-24th Jan 2025
Monday to Friday both weeks
COACHING sessions
10am Red Ball 30 min
10.30am Orange Ball 45 min
11.15am Green Ball 45 mins
12 noon Yellow Ball 45 mins
Monday and Thursday evening
CARDIO sessions
Teen Cardio 5pm (45 mins)
Adult Cardio 6pm (60 mins)
Bookings through PFTC website. Walk ins only if places available
