Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is a popular group fitness program that has been created to cater to your fitness level, tennis skills and what you want out of a session.

It can be a mixture of low impact, body weight exercises, strength, agility, endurance, blending drills and play with high energy, intense rallies and competitive team games. Oh and don't forget the pumping tunes and lots of laughs!

Get active in a fun, friendly, non-judgmental environment, get fit and have fun doing it, and learn skills to develop your game.

Cardio Tennis is for people who:

- would love to get into tennis

- love working up a sweat

- love pushing their limits

What to bring

🎾 Racquet – If you don’t have one, no worries, we can provide one

🎾 Wear runners and comfortable sports clothes

🎾 Wear a hat and sunscreen

🎾 Bring a water bottle
