We hope that our players never need to make a claim, but sometimes accidents do happen.

If you find yourself in this predicament, follow this simple procedure:

1. Notify the Club President as soon as possible, preferably within 24-48 hours of the incident.

2. Complete an Incident Report Form, which can be found in the Clubhouse kitchen drawers. A copy should be provided to the Club President as soon as possible.

3. To make a claim, follow the process as outlined by the Tennis Australia insurance provider:  MARSH Sports Insurance Claims
