Dear members (and prospective members),

Our club membership year runs from April to March, which means we're coming up for renewals. We are proud of the fact that we are a club with one of the most affordable memberships in Perth, while providing good value and enjoyable tennis for all our members.

We have been improving our facilities with recent renovations, and making online court bookings available, and we are working on other initiatives to make it even better in future.

We have also been improving our internal processes, and have upgraded our systems and record keeping to be more modern.

In an effort to make it easier for our members to register, renew and enrol in events, we are now offering online registration and renewal. The same account that you use to use your membership benefits to book a court online can now be used to manage your membership - no additional effort or registration required, and if your details have not changed from last year we do not need you to complete a new membership form.

This also helps us to make sure that our records are correct and up to date, and to reduce the overhead and delays with processing and reconciling manual forms and payments.

For membership we are now taking credit card payments, but other payment methods like direct bank transfers and cash payments to a committee member are still an option, if you prefer. 

We hope that this will be an enhancement that is to your liking.
