Prizes:
- Doubles winners: $100 per player
- Doubles Runner ups: $50 per player
- Singles winner: $200
- Singles runner up: $100
Entry conditions:
The tournament committee is the Jerrabomberra Tennis Club Championships organising committee.
The tournament committee reserves the right to cancel any events or combine events according to entries received.
Match formats may be altered at the discretion of the organising committee.
Scheduling requests will not be considered. Players should be available to play on the event dates.
Matches will be played on synthetic grass and hard courts located at the Jerrabomberra Tennis Club.
Event draw will be available three days prior to the event.
Event withdrawals shall be made via email. No refunds will be given for withdrawals received after the entry closing date.
Players must sign in at least 15 minutes prior to a scheduled match.
A 5-minute warm up will be provided prior to the match commencing.
A player’s UTR will be used to determine event draws and seeding. If a player does not have a UTR they will be given a provisional UTR ranking by the tournament committee for the purpose of event grading.
Nomination will only be accepted with the official entry form together with payment of the applicable entry fee.
Players shall always adhere to the Tennis Australia Code of Conduct during the event.
Eligibility:
This is an adult competition for members aged 18 years and above.
Club members of all playing abilities are warmly encouraged to participate in this Club event.
Players shall be current financial members of the Jerrabomberra Tennis Club at the time of the event.
Exemptions may be given to junior members to complete in the Men’s and Women’s Open Singles events only based on UTR.
Event Format:
Round robin format will be used for pool matches.
Finals matches will be best of 2 tiebreak sets (3rd set 10 point match tiebreak if required)
There will be a maximum break of 15 minutes between matches.
