Information

Per the Refund Policy in the T&Cs (Court Booking Terms and Conditions.pdf), anyone who cancels a booking within 3 hours of the start time will not receive an automatic refund.  The reason is to allow enough time for someone else to book for the cancelled period/s.  If you have a specific circumstance for cancelling you can request a refund here: Contact Us.
