Hadfield Tennis Club would like to encourage its members and club users to participate in the following survey run by Merri-bek Council to promote fair access for women, girls and gender diverse people. The aims of the fair access survey are as follows:

Everyone is invited to complete this survey but we are particularly interested in hearing from women, girls, gender-diverse people, and those who support their participation in sports (like parents or carers).

This survey will help us understand your experiences and how we can better support your involvement in sports and recreation.

We also want to hear from sporting clubs and users of sporting facilities, to help us understand the challenges faced in providing inclusive and accessible participation opportunities.

This survey will take around 10 minutes to complete.\
