Court Booking & Usage Policy

We are pleased to inform all members that, effective 01 July and until further notice, two options will be available for accessing the court facilities.

OPTION 1: Booking Court 7 & 8

Courts 7 & 8 will be available for use Monday to Sunday, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. To ensure fairness and subject to court availability, the following policy must be strictly followed:

Booking Method:
All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance by text or calling James on 0422 674 545. Instructions will be provided and make sure that you receive a confirmation before starting your session. When booking, you must:

1. Provide the full names and phone numbers as registered with the club.

2. Ensure each session lasts between 30 and 90 minutes.

3. Note that each member is allowed to book only one session per day.

4. Note that each member is allowed a maximum of two sessions per week.

Court Maintenance:
To help keep our clay courts in good condition, all members are expected to perform the following at the end of each session:

1. Use the drag mat to smooth the court surface.

2. Use the line sweeper to clear clay from the court lines.

3. Lightly water the court using the hose or sprinkler provided.

OPTION 2: Alternative Court Booking
Due to the limited number of available sessions on Courts 7 & 8, members may also choose to book alternative courts of their own preference. This option is available only for groups of four or more players, ideally for team training.

1. Members must first contact James for arrangement and reimbursement approval.

2. Only one booking per group per week is allowed under this option.

Please be courteous and considerate to other members while using the courts during this lighting upgrade period. Any member found to be in breach of these conditions may have their booking privileges suspended from future bookings.
