CANCELLATION POLICY

DPTennis Tennis Coaching is my business and my income so I need to have a cancellation policy in place for protection as well as giving me time to fill a lesson if someone cancels (As I do still have a waiting list for people wanting lessons)

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

Damien will advise if lessons will be cancelled due to rain or extreme heat, so if you dont hear from him you can assume that the lesson will be going ahead as scheduled. For Hot-Shots Group lessons that get cancelled due to inclement weather or heat, a make up lesson will be offered at another suitable date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

- For Monday to Friday lessons occurring before 3.30pm please advise me of cancellation by SMS by 9am of the day of the lesson otherwise, you will need to pay for the lesson.

- For Monday to Friday afternoon lessons from 3.30pm onwards please advise me by SMS by 3.20pm on the day of the lesson, otherwise you will need to pay for the lesson.

- For Sunday lessons before 12pm please advise me by 9am on the Sunday morning of the lesson, otherwise you will need to pay for the lesson.

- For Sunday lessons after 12pm please advise me by 11am on the Sunday morning of the lesson, otherwise you will need to pay for the lesson.
