Terms & Conditions
Tennis Court Use
The tennis courts are only to be used for the purpose of recreational tennis. Any other activity requires prior written agreement of the Club.
Access to Venue
Access will only be permitted to the courts on the date and time specified within your booking confirmation.
Member Court Hire
Members are entitled to book one court only and can include five visitors per booking.
Payments
All payments are to be made via the ‘Book A Court’ system.
Wet Weather & Booking Cancellation
If you are unable to play due to a wet weather forecast, you will need to cancel your booking one hour prior to play. You can do this by logging into your tennis account and cancel the booking online. There will be no refund if there is a failure to cancel within this one hour time frame.
Footwear
All users must wear appropriate tennis footwear at all times.
Player Etiquette
It is the responsibility of each player to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Please leave the courts clean and tidy and take your rubbish with you. Members must ensure all club house doors are securely locked and all lights are turned off prior to leaving the facility.
Membership
We offer various types of membership, adult, junior, yearly and half yearly. Membership includes insurance through Tennis Queensland. This covers the member only at the courts, (members guests are not covered by this insurance).
Membership is limited at present until further notice.
