Annual General Meeting

Our club Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Sunday 23rd March, 2:00 pm at the Wollongbar Clubhouse. All club members are welcome and are encouraged to attend this important meeting.

The AGM is likely to finish about 3:00 pm. Following the meeting, the club will host a sausage sizzle and social tennis. Bring your own racquets and drinks. This will be a good opportunity to see the Wollongbar clubhouse extension.

The business of the AGM is to include the following:

(a)   to confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting and of any special general meeting held since that meeting,

(b)   to receive from the committee reports on the activities of the association during the preceding financial year,

(c)    to elect office-bearers of the association and ordinary committee members,

(d)   to receive and consider any financial statement or report required to be submitted to members under the Act.

(e)   to confer Life Memberships on Andrew Leslie and Jim Crowley for long and meritorious service to Alstonville Tennis Club. Nominations approved by the club committee at their December 2024 meeting.

Committee elections

Any financial, Alstonville Tennis & Pickleball club member can nominate for election to the committee. The Office Bearer positions are President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary.
