The construction and fencing at our Wollongbar site are complete. The site is completely enclosed with access through the street gate using an electronic keypad. There will no longer be combination locks on the court gates. Toilets will be left unlocked.

To get access, members and non-members will need to book a court through our club website – the Wollongbar Courts site. A court booking will now require a fee, $10 per hour for members (day and night hire) and $20 per hour per court for non-members (day and night-time hires). Once a booking has been paid for, you will receive a four-digit code by email. This is the same access system that is working at the Alstonville Village site.

To access the street gate, key in the four digits then the # key. You will only be able to use the code in the (approximately) 10 minutes time frame leading up to your court booking start time.  Gate access codes will activate the lights on the courts hired for night usage.

Regular social groups and competitions will operate as usual - no individual court hire fees, just the player fee each time you participate. The organisers of these groups will have an access code for their usual time slot.
