Dear Members,

Your club has now invested almost $100,000 in improvements to the Wollongbar site. Members and visitors can enjoy seating in an undercover outdoor area with a view of both sets of courts. To improve security, the site is fully enclosed and soon, access will be through the street gate, activated by a four-digit code then #.   

The club committee needs to levy court fees for maintenance costs and future court replacement at Wollongbar and Alstonville courts as council does not fund these outlays.

With that need in mind, members and non-members will soon be asked to book a court online and pay a hire fee for the casual use of courts at Wollongbar. A court booking will generate a four-digit code that is sent to you by email.  

It should be noted that members who play in regular social groups at Wollongbar and Alstonville have already been paying a participation fee each time they play. Regular social group organisers will have a code for access at their usual time slot.
