Our Cardio Tennis streams have been created to cater to your fitness level, tennis skills, and what you want out of a session.

Beginner (Level 1) - Entry Level
These fun entry level session get people active and learning tennis in a relaxed environment. For people who would love to get into tennis.

Intermediate (Level 2) - All Rounder
Our Level 2 sessions focus on blending technique development, drills and game play with high energy. For people who have already played, can keep a rally going but want to continue to improve.

Cardio Max - High Intensity (Coming soon!)
The high intensity session focused on tennis drills and a high volume of hitting. For people who love pushing their limits.
