Social Tennis

If you're looking for a social hit on a Monday night we have a crew of guys who are looking to bolster their numbers.  I can say from personal  experience, you'll have great fun and are guaranteed to boost your skills and fitness at the same time. There's only one rule, you can't be too good! :). If you're keen, please drop us a line and we'll put you in touch. They start at 7:30pm pretty much every Monday night.

Junior Tennis

We have an 'entry level' Boys team who are looking for another player. What we mean by 'entry level' is the ability to get roughly 30-40% serves in from the baseline, generally the players are around  the ages of 9 through to 11. They play against other clubs on a Saturday morning starting at 10 am with the format being 4 players on each team (2 sets for each player - all sets are doubles). If you are interested we would be happy to provide more details.

Lighting update

We have yet another globe gone on Court 1. However this time it should be repaired fairly quickly since we are now keeping stock of the connector parts (ballasts). Hopefully it can be repaired within 7 days from now.

Lost Property

We were contacted recently by a player from an opposing club regarding an item of lost property. It is a grey 2XU shirt with blue flashes/stripes, probably a large or extra large. I think it might have been long sleeved (but maybe not).

The owner must love it because he made a special trip to the club one day (from South Yarra - no less) to scout around and see if it was still lying about.
