SOCIAL GROUP PLAY RECOMMENCES FROM MONDAY JUNE 1
Our Social Group play will recommence on 1st June 2020. On behalf of everyone thanks to Mark and Simon for doing such a great job as our Court Managers. Thank you also to all those who have been playing. Please read and follow the guidelines below.
- Playing Tennis
* Be sure to stay at least 1.5 metres away from your partner and opposition players at all times.
* If you are “sitting off” please do not move chairs from their marked places. They are spread in order to maintain social distancing.
* Players are reminded that they are still coming along for exercise rather than to socialize. Please leave when you have finished playing.
* Members with compromised health or who are unwell should not attend.
* Touch Tennis is still operating and being enjoyed by an increasing number of players. The only cost for Touch Tennis at this stage is for Membership of the Club
2. Payment for Social Group play
* Payment of fees, $5 for members and $8 for non-members, must be either in notes or $1 and $2 coins (silver coins will no longer be accepted).
* Please place money in the box provided. No change will be given.
* Write your first and family name in the Registration Book along with amount paid. Non-members must also write their contact details.
* Pens and sanitizer will be available but bring your own pen if you have concerns.
* A reminder that Membership fee notices for $25 will be sent out at the end of June. This will cover your membership until 31st December.
3. Clubhouse will remain closed but toilets opened
* The Clubhouse will remain closed until at least Stage 3 of lifting of restrictions.
* Tea and Coffee will not be available and players will have to bring their own containers and drinks, sanitizer and any other requirements.
* The Garbage bin will now be available for use.
* Sanitary wipes will be available in each bathroom. You are asked to wipe the surfaces you have touched before leaving.
Thank you for your patience with inconvenience caused by our response to Covid 19. Hopefully, the measures we are taking will keep us all safe.
