Despite the early morning rain, the Wednesday Mid-Week ladies Grand Final took place yesterday at Pakenham Regional Tennis Centre, with Pakenham taking on Officer Blue.

After the first rubber, it was one set all, with Pakenham leading on games. Pakenham then took both sets in the second rubber, with the final rubber being one set all.

The final score was Pakenham 4 (42) Officer Blue 2 (22).

Congratulations to both teams on a great season and on reaching the Grand Final. And huge congratulations to the Pakenham team on topping the ladder and winning the Grand Final for the second year running.
