Dear Members,

As you are likely to be aware the State Government has recently announced the easing of COVID-19 restrictions for the state of Victoria from 11:59pm Thursday 10 June.

The latest restrictions for Victoria relating to community tennis in Metropolitan Melbourne  are as follows:

Metropolitan Melbourne:

• Training/coaching can resume for all ages subject to the density quotient of 1 person per 4sqm
• 25km limit applies to those attending a tennis venue (unless for work purposes)
• Venue capacity limit of 50 people
• Maximum group sizes of 10
• Competitions and tournaments are NOT permitted.  Early indication is that competitions will be permitted to commence on 18 June 2021.
• Clubhouses are only to be accessed for toilets or equipment.  WLTC clubhouse will remain closed other than for toilet access.

Please also note the following mandatory requirements:

• Face coverings MUST be carried at all times and worn when not playing. 

• Please note that ALL visitors to West Lalor Tennis Club MUST check in via the Service Victoria QR code.  You can find QR codes at the front gate and throughout the Club grounds.
