About this program
Tennis lessons for kids! For kids who are looking to start their tennis journey – Tennis Hot Shots Coaching is the program for them! Coaching sessions are run by qualified Tennis Australia coaches around the country. Each lesson takes place in a nurturing environment which promotes participation and inclusion. They are run in small groups where kids are introduced to a sport they can play for life.

ORANGE / GREEN BALL TENNIS - U10's & U12's
These coaching sessions for children aged 9 to 12 that are run by qualified Tennis Australia coaches around the country. Each lesson takes place in a nurturing environment which promotes participation and inclusion. They are run in small groups where kids are introduced to a sport they can play for life.
- For 9 to 12 year old's - using lightweight tennis racquets fitted to each childs height and arm length
- Orange Ball to Green Ball - these balls are low compression and have a slower bounce for better development
- 3/4 court to full court - children progress from a smaller size area up to the full-size tennis court
- Entry level into competition
