LGSTA Inter Club Challenge  (Previously Champions of Champions)

Congratulations Team TTC — Alex, Clare, René, Zali, Sam, Chris, Mark and Trav — thank you for playing for TTC, you are absolute legends! It was a big day of tennis, 7 clubs played in the newly named and newly formatted event, a fantastic turn out, indicative of the enthusiasm for tennis in the region.

Each club entered a team of 4 ladies and 4 men. Players were ranked within their team. The competition consisted of ladies doubles and mens doubles. Both our ladies doubles pairs were undefeated all day and didn't even drop a set — champions! Both our mens pairs won 4 out of their 6 matches. 

We were thrilled to win the new shield!

Thank you to Les and Alex for organising the day. Thank you to all clubs for participating, for the competition, great spirit and fun. We love catching up with our tennis friends :)

Huge thank you to our team, it was a big effort to give up a day at a busy time of year as well as travel many miles to Albany — you are amazing, we love you and are so grateful.

We are a little club with a big heart.....AND some fabulous tennis players!
