Club committee meetings
So that we can use your time better, please share your club committee dates and times with us. We can then join a meeting you already have planned rather than asking for a separate time wherever possible. Please email Ben your regular calendar or rough plan.
Tennis NT AGM & Awards Night – SAVE THE DATE 18th October 2025
The date to save for Tennis NT’s annual AGM and Awards Night is Saturday 18th October 2025. Some are aware that this date has changed, which we needed to accommodate due to tournament clashes. An official Notice of AGM will be sent closer to the date but please take this date as confirmed.
Any changes or feedback on the above, please email Ben
Working with Children Checks
Working with Children Checks (Ochre Cards) are mandatory for all club volunteers, committee members and coaches.
All States/Territories in Australia have mandatory legislation to undergo a screening process to work with children (under 18 years of age).
Tennis Australia is committed to helping all stakeholders to adhere to the requirements. This movement has been adopted as per Tennis Australia’s Member Protection Policy and Child Safety Policy.
How are you recording Ochre Cards?
It is critical that you are keeping an active record of your working with children’s check. If you are currently keeping a record of your ochre cards, please let Ben know. If you aren’t sure how to keep a record of your ochre cards, please also let Ben know.
Duke 4Sport partnership
Tennis NT's partnership with Duke 4Sport will be announced in the next week or two. We will work through volunteer opportunities available at each club during our planning sessions in the coming weeks.

Clubspark has been undergoing major upgrades over the past months, with training taking place over the past couple of days. We are requesting a recording for those that weren't able to attend and would appreciate a refersher.
