Social Tennis
Taroona has always supplied members with ample opportunity to play social tennis. There are active and well attended organised groups on most days of the week. Friendship and family groups are welcome to play tennis at times when there is no organised group using the courts.
Court lighting is available for members and the fees are $3 for an hour or under and $5 for any time over an hour per Club member, with an additional $5 per Guest.
There is a timetable on this website under “Court Bookings” which shows the times at which regular groups play, and these social sessions are organised by individual members. Contact a committee member if you need more information.
Friday Family Tennis is on Friday from 6:0 pm to 7:0 pm court time during School Terms 1 & 4, weather permitting.

Format will allow families to hit with their kids. Some food and a drink will also be provided.

NOTE: All members must behave in a respectful and appropriate manner and be mindful not to behave in a sexually harassing manner on the tennis courts, in and around the clubhouse including at any Taroona Tennis Club functions. Such conduct may lead to the termination of membership.
