Dear Members,

Under our constitution, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) is supposed to be held in July, and we have scheduled the 2021 AGM for this coming Sunday, 18th July 2021.

With Melbourne’s sudden snap lockdown, the AGM will be adjourned a fixed date once restrictions permit. In this context, we as the present Committee would continue in a caretaker role until the adjourned AGM can be reconvened and elections can be held.

The tennis closed will be closed until further notice during this lockdown period. The committee would like to thank all members in advance for acting responsibly during this time.

Please note that “Court 3” out of service, and is planned to undergo repairs due to a damaged net post.
