The Annual Membership fees for Research Tennis Club follow the financial year and are due the 1st July each year. New memberships are open from the start of June.
Current members will be advised by email when their new membership is due.
Emergency Players
Non-members are welcome to fill in for any Research Tennis Club competition team for up to and including two matches.
For insurance purposes, select the free Emergency Player membership. Before playing your third match, you will need to become a financial member of the club with an appropriate membership. Joining after the 1st of January, a 50% pro rata fee applies.
Court Key
The court key security deposit entitled members to receive a key to access the courts any time outside of coaching and competition. Since the club has upgraded to electronic locks, the keys are redundant.
If you cease to be a financial member of Research Tennis Club (i.e. not paying your club dues) and you want to get your security deposit refunded, the key must be returned within three months of ceasing membership. Return as per the instructions below.
If you cease to have non-junior membership with the Research Tennis Club (i.e. not paying your club dues) the key must be returned within three months of your membership expiring to the Membership Secretary and your deposit will be returned. More information.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Keys held for more than three months after the keyholder's membership has expired or after 31-March-2024 are not eligible for a refund.
