Booking a court: when you book a court, you will be given a four digit access key. Enter the key followed by # to enter the courts or clubhouse. MEMBERS NEED TO SIGN IN TO GET MEMBERS’ PRICES using the login you used when you paid your subscription. LIGHTS will turn on if required, but only if you enter your pin to access the courts.
It may take up to HALF AN HOUR after booking before the booking code allows access to the courts. Allow time between booking and the start of your game.
Guests playing with Members: All guests/non-members who are playing with a member are required to pay $5.00 each per hour. Members, when you are making a booking, please use "add player" in the booking dialogue to nominate any non-member(s) playing. This will trigger the total guest fee for payment. Court hire revenue supports necessary maintenance and upgrades to the courts, clubhouse and surrounds. Thank you for complying with this requirement and supporting your Club.
Booking Limits: an individual may book a maximum of one two-hour slot during peak periods, (weekends before 6pm and weekdays 5pm-8pm), and a maximum of two two-hour slots at other times.
Cancellation: If you are unable to use your booking, PLEASE CANCEL so that the court is available for others to book. To make a cancellation, log back into your Club Spark account, go to your name on the top right, click "Profile", then "Manage your court bookings". If you have a regular booking, cancel by emailing the club, else you may delete all all your bookings, not just one week.

It seems that members signing in using multiple methods, typically by email and social media, can confuse the ClubSpark system used for bookings. Two sets of contact details may my created, one with membership privileges and one without, so a member may be charged non-member prices. To avoid this, we recommend using one consistent method to sign in.
