Hot Shots Tennis focuses on creating meaningful and memorable experiences for the students through play. Each lesson:

• Aims to achieve specific physical, social, emotional, and cognitive objectives.
• Places the student at the centre of the learning experience by considering their developmental readiness.
• Has tennis specific tactical and technical learning objectives, with the focus on these increasing as the students progress and develop.

Green Stage lessons focus on developing tennis specific skills and enhancing students' ability to play with a variety of tactics.
