The Pambula Tennis Club's Monday Night Autumn Competition wrapped up last Monday evening with the Grand Final being played in perfect Autumn weather. Interest in the competition has increased over time such that Nicole and Speed Gordon decided to run two divisions - A and B Grade. Both grades had a close battle between the winners and runners up

In A Grade, Andrew's Apples (Andrew and Leanne Blaxter, Nic Crowe, Wayne (Pato) Paton filling in for Andy Robertson, and Shelley Smallwood filling in for Jenny King) prevailed over Neil's Nectarines (Neil and Kathy Baker, Steph Robin, Phillipa Djikic and Lee James).

In B Grade, the contest was between Speed's Strawberries (Speed Gordon, Kylie and Ruby Furnell, Frank Davey and Peter Cross) and Kel's Kiwis (Kel Arthur, David Baum, Emily Snape, Cato Bailey and James Fennessy), with Speed's Strawberries the eventual winners.
