Spring 2022 Night Comp.

Mitch Venables team which consisted of Troy Torpey, Sarah De Fegley, Pato (filling in for Catriona Cole) and Krisna Penukonda (filling in for Dean Perovic) outlasted Neil Bakers bunch made up of Bob Arthur, Peter Cross, Kathy Baker (subbing for Gen Ryan but who retired hurt - calf tear) Clara McKinnell (and some old bloke who subbed for Kathy) in the Grand Final.

 It was a great night with Pato again arranging the BBQ and Speed and Nicole Gordon supplying most of the other logistics, the prizes for the winners and runners up and cooking the BBQ while Pato was otherwise occupied on court.

Lots of feedback from the competion itself means we should have strong interest in the upcoming Autumn competition.

Speaking of competitions, we have our Friendly Holiday Doubles Tournament coming up on the evening of January 11th from 6pm onwards. See the club website for details.

If any members have a spare racquet to lend for visitors who don't come armed with their own we would very much appreciate the loan of it.
