Notes from the coach

For 2021, Tennis Vic. Men’s and Women’s leagues will see a trial change in the format. Instead of singles one week and doubles the next, singles and doubles will be played each week. Two eight-game sets will be played for both doubles rubbers, followed by four singles rubbers, played in a best-of-two set format, with a ten-point match tiebreaker instead of a full third. This is a similar format to what was going to be used for the cancelled 2020 season. Entries will close on the 22/2/21. You must be a member of OPTC. The Season will commence on the 24th/25th of April 2021. If you wish to add anything (previous sections, requests etc.), please click "Edit Details" next to your name then click “Yes” next to “Does the Participant have any Requirements” and comment in the drop-down box. We are taking a $30.00 deposit per player. We will be in contact closer to start date for final payments.
