The full Book A Court system has now been implemented at OTC.

Members and casual hirers no longer need to access a key safe to gain entry to the OTC facilities. Instead:

• there is pin pad access to the courts and to the clubhouse; and
• court lighting is automated.

When you book a court, the confirmation email you receive will contain a private PIN. Enter the PIN, followed by the activation key (#) to open the gate. The same code opens the door to the clubhouse.

The code enables you to access the courts from 15 minutes prior to the start of your booking until 15 minutes after the end of the booking period.

Lights will turn on automatically if the light sensor registers that court lighting is required.

Please note: The PIN must be entered even if the gate is unlocked for another booking when you arrive. If the PIN for the booking is not entered, the lights will not activate.

Please ensure the gate and the door to the clubhouse are closed when you leave.
