Bayside Regional Tennis Association and Moorabbin & Districts Junior Tennis Association are calling for nominations to be considered for selection in the 2022 Frank Sedgman Cup.

The Frank Sedgman Cup is a prestigious team event that showcases emerging junior talent and provides players with the opportunity to represent their region in a team environment. The selection of athletes for each team is based on merit and the selection processes within the Association.

Match results from all regional team events will be transferred to UTR. 

The Frank Sedgman Cup is a metropolitan and regional team event for 11 & Under boys and girls from across Victoria. The competition is a round robin format with ties consisting of two boys' singles, two girls' singles and two mixed doubles rubbers.

The event will be held the weekend of 30-31st July, 2022 at Bairnsdale Tennis Club.  The event is open for players aged 11 and Under as at 31st July, 2022.  Travel arrangements are the responsibility of the player and their families.  The Association will provide limited support for the team/teams.

Depending on the number of nominations a decision will be made on whether a combined team is entered or two separate teams representing each Association.
