Wellbeing:

Stay home if you:
Have been in contact with / exposed to anyone with or is being tested for Covid-19 in the past 14 days
Feel unwell or have flu-like symptoms
Been to any designated “hot spots”
Comply with all requirements for the use of the clubhouse, courts, common areas (facility)
Everyone using the clubhouse, courts and common areas must register before entering: COVIDSAFE App / QR Code / paper (central record)

Use of face masks Hand hygiene
Sneeze / cough etiquette QR Code / COVIDSAFE App check-in
Get tested and stay at home Physical distancing
Facility capacity Cleaning and sanitising
Physical Distancing
Everyone must be at least 1.5 metres apart at all times
Maximum number of people allowed inside clubhouse 40
Maximum number of people allowed inside each court area 12
Maximum number of people allowed in specified areas e.g. stands behind courts 2 & 3 – 20, stands behind courts 6 & 7 – 20, seats under clubhouse behind court 4 – 10
It is a condition of entry that all requirements will be maintained.
Anyone / groups not meeting these requirements will be required to leave
Hygiene and Cleaning
Sanitising stations and hand washing facilities are provided and must be used
Facility users are encouraged to have and regularly use their own hand sanitiser
Hands must be sanitised / washed effectively:

Using the kitchen
Cleaning: Facility users are responsible to ensure all hygiene measures are maintained

Windows
Handrails
Toilets
Kitchen
Clubhouse
Rubbish disposal
(Stocks / supplies)
Ensure good ventilation in the clubhouse when in use
Recording Keeping
Name, contact details and time of entry of everyone accessing these facilities must be recorded and kept for 28 days – COVIDSAFE App / QR Code / electronic records (National Privacy Principles to be ensured)
