The annual Tennis ACT Awards were held on 17 September 2022.   MTC is thrilled to announce that we received two awards:  Most Outstanding Tennis Club and Most Outstanding Inclusion Initiative!  These awards recognise the Club's focus on inclusion and sustainability.   We are proud to contribute to the community through our training program for the Special Olympics NSW and ACT, working with Parkinson's Canberra and our 'Women who Volley' return to tennis initiative.    Through our solar and battery installation, we are also the ACT's first carbon-neutral tennis club!   This has enabled us to pass on our energy savings to our members for night court hire.    Congrats to all Tennis ACT Award recipients and special thanks to our amazing Committee, Club Coach, Tennis ACT and ACT Government for your support and assistance.
