Two Maccabi junior teams finished the season as runners up in the Moorabbin and District Junior Tennis Association (MDJTA) Saturday morning competition for July-December 2022. 

The Section 3 team of Elan Amler, Blake Golden, Idan Elbaz and Adam Weisz lost to Kings Park, 34 games to 19.

The Section 5 team of Yonatan Sirkis, Ryan Zheng, Jeremy Samuel and Hugo Samuel lost to Glen Huntly, 34 games to 26.

Reflecting on the season, Section 5 Team Manager Warren Samuel noted that the Maccabi team had gone undefeated throughout the season, however Glen Huntly were the best team on the day. There were some very "closely fought matches" and it was a "great effort by the team". Maccabi number 2 player Ryan Zheng won an award for winning the most number of matches in the section.
