Our Junior Performance Squads are aimed at young, local competition players aged between 8yo and 14yo, who can competently rally with standard yellow balls on a full-sized tennis court and are actively playing local association weekend competition. These sessions usually, but not always, compliment a weekly private lesson and focus on constraint-based drills, strategy and tennis-specific fitness to help elevate their game and provide them with a well-rounded tennis learning experience.
