It was a fantastic weekend of tennis at the Liston Tennis Club Championships, with a very high standard of play on display. The level of competition even drew in passersby, who stopped to enjoy the matches and support the players. Congratulations to all the winners on their well-earned success. 🙌🏆

A special highlight of the weekend was the wonderful showcase of Blind and Low Vision tennis, which truly demonstrated the inclusive and diverse spirit of the event.

Huge thanks go to the committee for their dedication and hard work in planning and preparing for the Championships. A very special thank you to Robin, who stepped up three years ago to take on the role of coordinator and successfully brought the event back to Liston. Since then, the Club Champs have doubled in participation each year — a true testament to the commitment of everyone involved and the strength of the Liston tennis community. Overall, it was a wonderful celebration of tennis, inclusion, and community spirit. Bring on next year!
