Event Volunteers - Australia Open

Be part of an iconic Melbourne event!

Assist people with mobility challenges and physical/ invisibile disabilities get around the Australian Open using manual and power assist wheelchairs. 

Offer a friendly face to tired or overwhelmed patrons needing some time out

Volunteers Shifts

Open Week!

Sunday 6th - Thursday 9th of January

9:30am - 4:00pm and 3:30pm-9:00pm

Main events

Sunday 12th - Sunday 26th January

9:30am - 4:30pm 4:00pm - 11:00pm 

We ask all volunteers to do a minimum of three shifts with ground pass included on the day of your volunteer shift as well as:

$20 lunch voucher provided each shift

Specially branded AO uniform supplied

Training on how to use mobility aids

Those who can commit to five shifts or more are rewarded with full access for the duration of the Australian Open!
