Hot Shots - Match Play starts at Liston Tennis Club on the 26 February! 

Why join our Hot Shots Program?

🎾 To improve coordination, speed, strength & agility

🎾 To learn how to problem solve as an individual and in a team

🎾 To learn how to be a good sport through winning and losing

🎾 Get the whole family involved - Tennis is a sport that everyone  can play

🎾 Tennis Hot Shots is fun! 

Kids play on smaller courts with modified eqiupment to make it easier, and more fun to progress. 

11am - 12pm - Orange Ball - focus on refining tennis technique and improving motor skills and general co ordination. 

12pm - 1pm - Green Ball - focus on allowing players to put their skills into action with plenty of activities including rallies and point play whilst learning tennis etiquette, scoring and the finer points of match competition. 

What to bring - 

🎾 Racquet - If you don't have one to start, we can loan you one for the first few sessions. Quality racquets are available for purchase through dnta @ $49 junior racket or $130 full size racket. 

🎾 Wear runners and comfortable sports clothes

🎾 Wear a hat and sunscreen 

🎾 Bring a full water bottle 

Charge - $15 per session
