To all Members.  After reviewing 2022/2023 Membership fee structure, it has become evident that we need to put some focus on the Clubs Financial position.

The Club is not Viable, if the membership structures and Fee don’t cover the Club overhead costs.  Our club relies on members to support and pay their membership. 

We, as a club have also not been prudent enough in collecting Membership fees. 

We understand the financial pressures in society so If you have any issues with payment of fees,  please speak to us to find a path to suit your situation.

Our Club Committee are all Volunteers, and work very hard to provide a club for all to play Tennis.  We are always looking for people to assist is a range of roles, including Team Managers, maintenance and Fund raising volunteers.

The Club has many outgoing expenses.

• Council Rates, Court Maintenance and upkeep costs, Tennis Victoria Affiliation costs, Tennis Victoria Insurances, WRTA Affiliation costs, MRTA Affiliation costs, MTTA Affiliation costs, Competition Ball Fees.

Below is the current 2024 Membership, breakdown which is designed to cover club costs.

We have introduced a Ball fee,  to be applied to anybody playing Competition / Twilight.

Full Adult Membership.  $215

Covers the costs of Club Council rates, Maintenance, and upkeep costs, Affiliation costs to Tennis Victoria and Associations included, Court Access, Access to Court Keys. Access to Club competitions. Access fees to all competitions excluding Club Championships.

(Competition Ball fees to be paid separately.)

Junior Memberships.   $100 – Restricted to Age up to and including 17y/o.

Covers the Costs of Club Council rates, Maintenance, and upkeep costs, Affiliation costs to Tennis Victoria and Associations included, Court Access, Access to Court Keys. Access to Club competitions, clothing, and Merchandise. Access fees to all competitions excluding Club Champs.

Balls fees will be required to pay separately per competition. To be paid to the competition Coordinator.

Family Membership. $300 - Applies to those living under the same roof.  No more than 3 Seniors. 

Covers the Costs of Club Council rates, Maintenance, and upkeep costs, Affiliation costs to Tennis Victoria and Associations included, Court Access, Access to Court Keys. Access to Club competitions, clothing, and Merchandise. Access fees to all competitions excluding Club Champs.

(Competition Ball fees to be paid separately.)

Competition Membership. $90 – 12 Months.

Covers the cost for Club Council rates, Maintenance, and upkeep costs. Applies in cases for Members only wanting to play Competition at the club. No access to courts or access to keys allowed.  Competition affiliation costs and Competition Ball fees to be paid separately.

Competition Affiliation costs. $40 – 6 Months.

Covers, Tennis Victoria. WRTA, MRTA and MTTA competition costs.

Due to Competition only running 6 Months of the Year and other expenses are annual we have separated the two costs. Ie. Some players may only be playing in the Summer comp and not winter.

Ball Fees and Affiliation Costs. $85 - Require to pay per Season (6 Monthly)

Ball Fees.  For Full paid Members will be $35 Require to pay per Season (6 Monthly)

Payment of Ball fees can either be Online via the Membership logon Page or $5 per Week.  Payment is required before the Second round of Play.

We prefer payments be made via the Membership web page.  We do offer payment options via EFTPOS at the Club in Person,  or via Direct Bank Payment.
