Switches for courts 1 to 4 are located in the box attached to the bright yellow electrial box in front of court 3
Switch for courts 5 & 6 is located on the bright yellow box on the lighting pole inside the hitting wall enclosure
Lights are operational from 5-9pm and 6-9pm during daylight saving hours.

COURT HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please be aware that our synthetic grass courts shed water very well and will generally only be unplayable after prolonged heavy rain. Hard courts however can be very slippery and dangerous with just a light sprinkling of water on the surface.
All details of hirers are automatically added to our player database and may receive our general communications. If you choose not to receive this communication, you can easily unsubscribe at the bottom of one of our emails.
Minimum court hire booking time is 1 hour. Additional time can be booked in 30 minute blocks.
COURT HIRE
$15 per hour during the day.
$16.00 per hour at night.
TENNIS PURPOSES ONLY & AUTHORITIES
The tennis courts are only to be used for the purpose of recreational tennis. Professional coaching may only take place by persons approved by the club.
Club committee member and contracted coach instructions must be followed at all times.
SAFETY
It is a condition that users of the tennis courts undertake to always use the facilities in a safe and cautious manner. You acknowledge that by using the tennis courts you will be exposed to certain risks, including the risk of physical injury and that the use of the tennis courts is entirely at your own risk.
PLAYER ETIQUETTE AND BEHAVIOUR EXPECTATIONS
Appropriate behaviour must be maintained at all times by all members and guests. Abusive language or damage to any property of Ingleburn Tennis Club will not be tolerated. Examples of inappropriate behaviour can be found on the signs attached to the court fences. Please keep all noise to a minimum for the comfort of all users and our neighbours. Please take all rubbish with you and leave the courts tidy for the next players to enjoy.
FOOTWEAR
All users must use appropriate tennis footwear when using the tennis courts.
OPEN HOURS
The courts are generally open 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 7am to 9pm on weekends. There will be times that the courts are not available for public hire due to some public holidays, member's social sessions, coaching and other events and programmes.
PLAYING OVER TIME
It is the responsibility of the hirer to finish play at the designated time. Where a court is vacant at the expiry of the booking period, the booking may be extended by purchasing and paying for an additional block of time.
WET WEATHER POLICY
If it is deemed too wet for your booking, you can easily cancel your booking online, before the commencement of your booking's start time from the link in your confirmation email. If it becomes too wet during your booking please cancel your booking as soon as the court is deemed unplayable and contact our bookings administrator on 0448 254 770 to make some other suitable arrangements such as another booking time or a refund. All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of the club.
PAYMENTS
All online payments are processed securely by STRIPE financial services. We do not handle, receive or view any of your credit card information.
CANCELLATIONS
Players can cancel their booking for any reason before the commencement time of their booking by clicking the link in their booking confirmation email. Refunds may take a few days to process back against your credit card.
VENUE ACCESS
When your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email message and SMS.
This email will contain your instructions on how to access your court. A confirmation text message will also be sent that will provide your unique PIN number for each booking to open the combination lock on the gate closest to your court.
