Hot Shots Match Play is played at Thurgoona on Saturday mornings during NSW School Terms

What is it?
Saturday Morning Matchplay is a fun and supportive program designed for players who are ready to compete in real tennis matches. It provides a friendly environment where players can practice competing, learn match etiquette, and build confidence on court.

Who is it for?

• Players who can already rally and play points independently

• Suitable for juniors who are developing their skills and want to experience matchplay (this is not a coaching session)

• Great preparation for players looking to enter local and national tournaments

What to expect:

• Matches will be run by Coach Izzy and the parents of the kids who book. (This is a community-based program.)

• A parent supervisor roster will be developed before the start date.

• New players will be guided on how to score and play proper tennis matches

• Players compete against different opponents each week

• Weekly points are tallied, and a leaderboard will be updated and shared

• At the end of the term, a winner will be crowned based on overall results
