Dear HPTC Member,
 

The WDTA 2025 Winter season starts this Saturday, and we have 2 junior teams and 5 senior teams playing this season. We're always on the lookout for anyone who's willing to be an emergency, so if you or any members you know are interested, please contact the club. To coincide with the first week where we have our junior teams playing at home, the committee is proud to host a Welcome to Winter BBQ, at 11am on the 10th of May. We welcome junior teams to hang around, senior teams to grab a feed before their home/away matches, and for all members to come down and sneak in a hit between the junior and senior competitions. To help foster connections within our members, the committee has launched a WhatsApp Community. In this community, you can join group chats to organise social hits, enquire about competitions and chat amongst members. Also note that your phone number is hidden by default, and only available to administrators and people that you have added previously. The Whatsapp community is very new and we welcome any ideas on how you find it.
 

Lastly, Oliver, one of our members is undergoing VCD at school, and has kindly asked for suggestions on a hypothetical redesign of the HPTC logo and clubhouse for his folio assessment.
