Our courts were opened on Saturday 27th Jan  to join in the statewide celebration of the summer of tennis in Aus.

The temperature was set to soar, and it delivered.  A small number of club members braved it, along with a few determined locals.    Our heat resistant coach, Oleg, kept everyone busy whilst also observing regular drink/shade breaks.   Russell was not going to be put off and fired up the bbq.   Sausage sizzle, cold drinks and iceblocks were a hit for the small group.

Thanks to those who gave their time to have the club prepared and open for the community, and thanks to all who turned up.

We hope to revisit this day later in the year when it's a bit cooler.
