Member and Public bookings
Bookings for courts and lights are open to members as well as the general public. The only courts availbale for public bookings are courts 8,9 & 10.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a PIN code to access the club facilities. Enter the PIN code then the # key to open the gate.
For events (competition, coaching, social tennis) generic PIN codes are available and shared with the contact persons. The front gate will be unlocked for the entire time the event is active. Only the first person arriving will require to enter the PIN.
Tips/Reminders
The online booking system has been working well and we believe most members are now fairly comfortable using it. We thank all the club members for making a successful transition to the new system. We would like to advise everyone on the following two key points for your convenience :
1) There is a delay between the time of booking and the time when booking gets synced up with the system. If you try to use your PIN immediately after the booking, it may take a while to work. We recommend making the booking at least 30 minutes in advance. We are working with ClubSpark to reduce this delay and will inform the members when this is improved.
2) The Court Lights are on Automatic mode and will come on when needed. However, the lights only come on when the booking PIN has been entered at the gate. We advise all members to enter their PIN at the gate even if the door is unlocked. For Social and Competitions, we recommend the captains or whoever is coming first to do the same.
3) Please help us maintain our clay tennis courts (courts 3, 4 & 5) by following the care instructions
Common Questions
I am playing night competition at home, how do I ensure the lights will come on?
Answer: You must enter the competition Book A Court PIN code within 15 minutes of the start of the competition time. The code was given to your team captain at the start of the season. Lights will not turn on automatically if the code is not entered prior to commencement of competition.
Will the lights switch off automatically after competition has finished for the night?
Answer: Lights will automatically switch off at an agreed time providing the Book A Court PIN code was entered at the start of the night.
