NSW Indigenous Tennis Team Selection

The club would like to congratulate Junior Maddi Honeyman on her recent selection in the NSW Indigenous Tennis Team.  Maddi will join her teammates in Darwin for the 3-day National Indigenous Tennis Tournament to be held from 11th of August.  

The tournament was founded by Evonne Goolagong Cawley in 2018 in Darwin.  The tournament brings together Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders from all over Australia and creates a pathway for Indigenous tennis players.  

Maddi will not only take part in the tennis tournament but she will also participate in culture, health and wellbeing activities. 

The tournament has 2 age groups for both boys and girls being under 14s and under 18s.
