The East Burwood Reserve Master Plan is currently prepared and implemented over the next 15 years by the Whitehorse Council starting in 2023. Notations 7 and 8 on areas of Tennis Club in the above chart highlight renewal opportunities for East Burwood Tennis Club and its surrounding spaces.

In January and June this year, a strong business case with a focus on community diversity and sports orientation has been presented to the Whitehorse City Council and Consultant groups, respectively by the Club's Representatives which have been well received. Let's hope the upgrade opportunity for our near-centennial club is not in vain after all.
