Cardio Tennis

Experience a fun, high-energy workout focused on constant movement that includes:

10 to 15 Minute Warm-Up

30 Minute Cardio Segment

15 Minute Cool-down

There will be upbeat music to motivate you and low compression balls to make striking the ball that much easier

This is a fun, tennis-based workout like no other!

WHEN: Tuesday evenings 6:45-7:45pm 

What you will need:

A tennis racquet (or we can lend you one!)

Your favourite workout gear

A good attitude with the desire to work hard!
